  Step 1  ready sponge mix 250g, 4nos egg,65 ml milk and 65 ml corn oil
  1。海绵蛋糕粉-250G,4 蛋,65ML 牛奶,65ML 融化牛油
   
  Step 2  mix all the sponge cake ingredients 8 mins,fold in corn oil.
  
  2。将配料掺和大约8MINS,拌和牛油。
  
  Step 3  pour in a 9'mould,bake in oven setting  at175c,about  35 mins.
  
3。在…之前准备好了烘箱175c 。
   使用一个9'加衬纸圆形模具,增添面糊,烘烤35 MINS。
   
   
  Step 4 remove and let it cool. Divide into 3 layer...
   
4。烘烤好啦!冷却以后分割3层侍用。
  
   
  Step 5 prepare the yam paste :steamed  and mashed 300 g yam,add in coconut milk 600 ml,(1) water 400 ml,castor sugar 80 g, instant jelly 40 g,green pea flour 80 g.simmer in low heat, keep  stir until  boiler.
  
5。准备好 YAM 糊:蒸熟的 300 G YAM 捣压,加上600 ML SANTAN (来自 1COCONUT ) 400 ML 水,80  G 糖。40 G 即用果冻粉,40 G 绿豆粉。
   
  Step 6 pour one portion into the cake layer,repeat until batter finish.

6。在一个锅内,使用中等火,不停拌煮直到…煮开为止。

   
  Step 7 last layer is the jelly ; 150 ml water, 20 g instant jelly,50 g caster sugar, 50 ml milk and 2 drops purple colouring.

7。Kaya要搅拌到凉了才到进去,分派成为3次,一层海绵做底部,倒进入一服果冻,重复地直至3 层以后。

  

  

   
  Step 8  after boil the jelly,pour on top.keep in the fridge for 6 hours, before served.


8。加上顶部果冻是用到…150 ML 水,20 果冻粉,50 G糖,50 ML 牛奶 +2 滴紫色素。煮沸以后倒进到顶部。放置到电冰箱 6 小时…为止。
