If you are talking about the old issue which is the 留言信箱 problem, the Moderator who was previously in charge has pretty much explain everthing and also appologized …
It’s just some stubborn members who disagree and still unhappy with it …
Until they try to take control the situation by themself, everything was pretty much fine …
When the particular members who was involved in the “cloning” incident, the Admin take action against it and banned it … they feel unsatisfied and keep on saying its not their fault …
How many times does the Moderator need to explain one minor problem?
It’s obviously they own mentality problem on not to accept their own fault and wrong doing …
Ponder on that …

第一，说粗口的确不是一种罪，和教唆他人自杀或杀人的性质是不同的，那是黑字白字写名是一种罪。就算在国家里鼓吹别人反政府，不论那政府是好是坏，那也是一种叛国罪，政府有权用内安法令来抓该人。
第二，现在重点不是在他说过了什么，而是他有没有做过了他所说过的什么，焦点不能被模糊。

如果随口说说的东西可以当真，那平时生气地时候说的那些什么你去死啦或其他的，在法律上真的可以当作辩论焦点吗，如果是的话，那这个世界上冤案一定很多，很多杀人犯都是毫无先兆就去杀人的，杀人也要讲求动机或其他因素，可是你们根本连证据也没有就拿出来说，真可笑…
