相信最近有很多人的電腦 會看到突然出現的色情廣告畫面，
這是因為廣告業者利用Win XP或Win 2000的訊息通知功能來大量傳送，
此訊息通知功能對一般人而言並用不到，但突然出現的廣告卻令人厭煩，
若想解決此問題，只要做下列步驟即可：
１、到 開始／設定／控制台
２、按 系統管理工具 二下以便開啟它
３、按 服務 二下以便開啟它
４、在 名稱 項目中找到 Alerter，然後連按二下
５、將 啟動類型 改為 已停用
６、按 確定
７、在 名稱 項目中找到 Messenger，然後連按二下
８、將 啟動類型 改為 已停用
９、按 確定
已經設定完成了，可以關閉程式囉

To work around this issue, follow these steps:
Click the Windows [Start] button, click [Run], type services.msc, and then click OK.
In the Services list, double-click [Alerter].
On the [General tab], select [disabled] in the [Startup type] list.
Then click [Ok]
In the Services list, double-click [Messneger].
On the [General tab], select [disabled] in the [Startup type] list.
Then click [Ok]
Done, U can close the Services program now.
