恕我给一些意见， 其实豆腐能有另一个做法不让它烂掉， 就以炸的方式。。 等油滚了后，把豆腐倒进去，捞一下就可以了。。 然后就成为我们在外常吃的那种铁板豆腐了。。

yes this is also a way to prevent it to break, but for deep frying will use more oil and the toufu will be oily but for me i fry so the oil i use will be little and tou fun wont b too oily… [s:23]
