Today i buy one new window XP service pack 3
after i format and install,
i try to change the languague to chinese (taiwan),
but cant, its appear
setup was unable to install the choosen locale. Pleace contact your system Administrator.
Y like that de…its seems like lock…
anyone can help me plz…
i cant type chinese now, sorry for using english .

nowaday got many version of win Xp, make sure u bought the ori…dun buy some like servicepack 3 or modified 1…coz some of them may included other program or system files that not supported by some of the computer…

你嘗試在Safe mode下install
開機時按住F8（還沒出現XP LOGO之前）
選Safe mode
然后按Administrator 就可以了

鍵盤上有個print screen
按一下print screen—>打開Paint—>然後paste
就可以了…

你应该是没有安装到asian languege pack或者安装不完整

有很多東西已經換了﹐然後再弄成新的windowsXP cd,所以你那個才叫service pack 3
真正的才到service pack 2而已
加上現在已經推出了 windows vista~鑽﹗
