for those that drive so slow on the road…they dont caused accident directly…the accident is mostly caused by those who is so impatient that overtake them and fail…i always prefer to drive moderately below the limit…
hahahah dear mam…u shud know that not everyone is tat free that can really drives so slow on road…sometimes i’m impressed by them also…maybe they got a lot of free time and dunno wat to do bah…erm…r u always free? i dunno ahhh…but nowadays everyone is busy la…those that drive too slow are just like something blocking the Earth to turn…M’sia must grow…ppl shud act fast…not like…hmmm…ahahah u know bah
i am still undergraduate from university…so do not belong to any JPP department…

most of the people know that those that give summons are from JPJ (Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalanraya)… you may ask anybodu around you…or may be most of them from JPJ as well…
