LEMON CHEESECAKE
ingredients :
1 cup sweet biscuit crumbs(10pcs digestive biscuits)
1/3 cup melted butter
2 x 250g PHILADEPHIA cream cheese
2 tsp gelatine
1/4 cup boiling water
1 x 400g can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
2tbsp grated lemon rind
Directions :
- biscuit crumbs mix with melted butter & press into base of springform pan.
(u can oven it for awhile or chill it in fridge) - melt the gelatine with boiling water…melt the cream cheese
- beat the cream cheese with mixer until soft and pour lemon juice,melted gelatine,condensed milk,and grated lemon rind. mix them well till smooth
- pour the cheese onto crumb base n chill in refrigerator.
optional step : u can put chocolaterice or fruits as decoration
