【蛋糕茶点】DIY-cheesecake

LEMON CHEESECAKE

ingredients :
1 cup sweet biscuit crumbs(10pcs digestive biscuits)
1/3 cup melted butter
2 x 250g PHILADEPHIA cream cheese
2 tsp gelatine
1/4 cup boiling water
1 x 400g can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
2tbsp grated lemon rind

Directions :

  1. biscuit crumbs mix with melted butter & press into base of springform pan.
    (u can oven it for awhile or chill it in fridge)
  2. melt the gelatine with boiling water…melt the cream cheese
  3. beat the cream cheese with mixer until soft and pour lemon juice,melted gelatine,condensed milk,and grated lemon rind. mix them well till smooth
  4. pour the cheese onto crumb base n chill in refrigerator.
    optional step : u can put chocolaterice or fruits as decoration
