最少要间隔一段时间的，应该是。

在一些论坛有设定注册后一个小时无法发帖子。

tat’s not a new account,tat account i already use for 2 months ,before,it work normal,but dun know y,after that…the appearence of the perak forum also changed.also can’t post new topic…
