printer的疑难

我买了架hp的printer，modal是的deskjet F4280。。
但是driver(驱动) install不到，进度到94%就停止不动了，还弹出一个fatal error (图1)的格子。。
请问大家知道什么问题吗？
请大家多多帮手！

有可能系个CD有问题…

但是我去hp的网站dl，也是一样喔。。

你下载新的也不能可能是你旧的没delete干净
试看delete干净了再install

For install the latest HP printer driver… you cannot plug-in the usb cable first…

OK. for settle your problem… you need to uninstall the driver first and un-plug your printer from your pc and then start install the hp application with driver… wait until the installer prompt you to connect the printer to the pc. After you connect your printer to pc, the installer will continues itselft. That’s all.
