Biohazard 4D Executor was a 20 minute CG movie that people in Japan could (and still can as of this date) see in a special theatre. The movie is aided by 3D effects and simulate experiences, such as moving chairs and such during the actions sequences. It’s believed the ride is similar in execution to the ‘Terminator 2 3D: Battle Across Time’ ride in Universal Studios.
Though the CG was primitive, (the rendering and models aren’t much better than that seen in Resident Evil 2, it’s certainly not on par with Resident Evil 3) it told the story enough. Below is a summary of the events within the 20 minute movie.
The story focuses on an elite unit of 5 UBCS members, sent into Raccoon City to try and rescue Dr. Cameron. An Umbrella scientist lost in all the confusion. The UBCS team, consisting of members Rodrigo, Roger, Klaus, Ed and Norman, have a GPS device used to track down Dr. Cameron’s last known location, which is near a large food factory.
Upon entering the factory they are attacked by a large creature, a sort of hybrid between a Tyrant and the more evolved forms of Nemesis. Before a brief gun battle, Rodrigo is killed by the creature. A well placed 203 grenade destroys the creature and Klaus argues with Roger about the creature and Umbrella.
The remaining team members board the humvee they arrived in, and eventually descend into the sewers, where Cameron’s GPS signal is strongest. They trudge through the sewer and come up to a room where they find a corpse and a Cerberus, the Cerberus is quickly despatched and they examine the corpse. The ID card around its neck proves it’s the body of Dr. Cameron. Roger takes some information from a nearby computer, and tells the team the mission is complete. Roger tells the team that the information contains date of genetic therapy the doctor was working to counter the effects of the T-Virus she was infected with. After more questions Roger informs the team that the creature they killed in the factory was infact Dr. Cameron after she had applied the Gene therapy on herself and transformed, Roger is knocked the floor by Klaus and Roger is covered in blood from the Cerberus, and at that moment Ed is heard screaming over the radio for assistance.
Ed is fighting a crow that is attacking him, and he gets pecked in the fact by it. Back in the sewers, Norman and Klaus are running for Ed’s safety – as the climb the manhole to the road, Norman is brutally gunned down. Ed, having been infected has gone crazy. Klaus retreats back into the sewer and Ed gives chase, he finds a tunnel that Ed can’t get down due to his large size.
Klaus manages to find another exit, and looks for the humvee, of which a group of zombies stands before. Klaus fights the zombies briefly getting ever closer to the humvee when suddenly Ed (now looking exactly as the creature in the food factory) bursts out of the sewer. As it is about to deliver the killing blow, Ed is struck by the humvee driven by Roger. Klaus jumps on board and mans the M2 machine gun and shoots Ed repeatedly as the humvee drives off.
As the two survivors leave Raccoon City, they discuss how Ed could look like the same creature Dr. Cameron became. Roger informs Ed that the blend of genetic therapy Cameron was working on, coupled with an infection from the T-Virus allowed Cameron to regenerate within any other host.
As Klaus is told this his chest explodes as a large tentacle is pushed through it. Roger has also been infected, and shortly before Klaus is killed, Roger informs him that Umbrella sent the perfect guinea pigs after they were sent to appropriate the research. Roger finishes by saying that he will re-emerge, again and again.

Roger forces more tentacles into Klaus which eventually causes his head to explode, and Dr. Cameron, through the guise of Roger, is still believed to be at large…
In the latter half of 2004, Biohazard 4D Executor was finally leaked the fan base at large. Found on Ebay no less, for a lump sum of cash. After a few people parted with the cash the file has now finally found its rightful place in the hands of the fans.
